Turnkey project in the final stages of delivery
HOCHTIEF Brazil has carried out the turnkey construction of the CN2 building, located in Rio de Janeiro, for the client Confidere OGB Real Estate and Development, which will receive the LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) certification in sustainable construction.
In this project, consisting of 10 floors, four underground floors, 14 elevators, an auditorium and 445 parking spaces, in addition to the contention services, excavations, foundations, superstructure, finishes, electrical and hydraulic and air conditioning installations; fitting out services were carried. These services include the construction of all complementary facilities such as: building supervision, CCTV, access control systems, workstation furniture, boardrooms, multipurpose meeting rooms and auditoriums, etc. and also, as a building with sustainable certification, includes a ï¿½green roofï¿½, bike tracks, Dali (Digital Addressable Lighting Interface) lighting management system that allows the management and control of the lighting system through automation.
HOCHTIEF Brazil is also working on other projects in Rio de Janeiro such as, the construction of the REC Sapucahy development, Infoglobo and other commercial buildings - the Barra Trade, the Edifï¿½cio Barï¿½o de Tefï¿½ and Edifï¿½cio 1ï¿½ de Marï¿½o.
